  • Parts and materials are charged separately and will be itemised clearly.
  • Time spent sourcing essential materials needed to complete a repair is chargeable labour time.
  • Parking fees or permits required to access your property are chargeable to the customer.
  • Parking and congestion charges may also apply in certain areas of London.
  • Appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours' notice may be subject to a minimum one-hour charge.
  • All work is carried out by qualified, insured engineers. Gas works are completed by a Gas Safe registered engineer.

Will there be a call-out charge?

We don’t charge for travel time. However, once our engineer arrives at your property, a minimum charge of one hour’s labour applies. After the first hour, time is billed in 30-minute increments so you’re only charged for the time actually spent on the job.

We typically offer same-day or next-day appointments across South London, subject to availability. Emergency visits outside normal hours are given priority — please call us directly for urgent issues.

Yes. We provide a 12-month labour guarantee on all installations we carry out. Manufacturer warranties apply separately to any parts or appliances we supply and fit.

Absolutely. We carry full public liability insurance and all gas-related work is performed exclusively by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Our registration details are available on request.

Yes, we’re happy to install customer-supplied items. Please be aware that we’re unable to offer a guarantee on parts we haven’t sourced ourselves. If you’d prefer, we can also help you find the right products through our trade suppliers at competitive prices.

Yes. The initial visit covers diagnosis and minor repairs where possible. If additional work or parts are required, we will explain the cost and obtain your approval before proceeding.
